1. INFORMATION FOR THE USER
   Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
   DELTAVACACIONES DELTA DEL EBRO SL is the CONTROLLER of the personal data of the USER and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27 (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5 (LOPDGDD).

Why do we process your personal data and for what purpose?
Depending on the form through which we have obtained your personal data, we will process it confidentially in order to achieve the following purposes:

• In the E-commerce form

  • Manage your purchase or online order, process payment, and proceed with its shipment or activation, based on the general terms and conditions (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Manage, maintain, improve, or develop the services provided (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Conduct satisfaction and quality surveys (for the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

• In the Reservations form

  • Formalize reservations at the controller’s establishment (for the performance of a contract or pre-contract, Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Send commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, to clients, enabling commercial communications regarding products or services similar to those initially contracted by the client (Art. 21.2 LSSI) (for the legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or while there are legal requirements that mandate their custody. When they are no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure that the data is anonymized or completely destroyed.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No personal data disclosure to third parties is foreseen unless necessary for the development and execution of the processing’s purposes, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has formalized confidentiality and data processing agreements required by the current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER’s rights are:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the right to restrict or object to its processing.
• Right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER
   By means of the corresponding checkboxes and the entry of data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, USERS expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data is necessary to attend to their request by the provider, and therefore the inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to it. The CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. In the event that not all data is provided, it is not guaranteed that the information and services provided will fully meet your needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES
   In accordance with the provisions of current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER complies with all the provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly complies with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed. The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS and has provided them with the appropriate information to exercise these rights.
