Description
This lovely house, located just 200m away from the sea, is placed in a unsurpassable location, in a very quiet zone and just 1Km away from the Vinaros city center, with all it's commercial activity.
The 120m² villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 2 floors. The lower level has a large living/dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen, a restroom and the garden. On the first level you can find four bedrooms. In addition you will find 1 bathroom.
This is a beautiful chalet with large spaces and excellent quality. In addition, the property has a garden with BBQ and parking. A great choice to spend a few days with family and friends.
We are available and on hand for any information or anything we can help you with during your stay.
Vinaròs offers a variety of touristic sites. You can delight yourself in this beautiful place and get to know it walking or biking, but to reach other places such as the Ebro Delta, a car would be recommended. There are many routes and activities to choose from in Vinaròs and nearby towns and villages.

- Check-in Time: From 3:00pm (July and August from 5pm).
- Check-out Time: Until 11am (If availability permits, we are flexible).
- The price includes towels and sheets (except beach towels).
- Services Included (water, electricity and aacc)
- The cost of wifi is 35€ (100Gb)
- It is allowed 2 pets maximum. The cost is 30€ for the entire stay (To be paid on arrival).
- Groups under 25 years old not allowed.
- For internal policy reasons, we remove all foodstuff left behind (salt, pepper, oil, ...).

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is very close to the sea and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are super comfortable. No complaints at all – thank you for a wonderful holiday!

La maison est très bien avec 4 chambres, la clim, un jardin bien clos pour le chien et toutes les commodités nécessaires. Nous avions les vélos, très pratiques pour aller à la plage centrale le soir et profiter des resto sans avoir besoin de la voitusee more

Nous avions les vélos, très pratiques pour aller à la plage centrale le soir et profiter des resto sans avoir besoin de la voiture. Nous avons profité de la plage à 300m de la maison et avec les vélos, nous avons essayé plein d'autres plages. Vinaros est une petite station balnéaire calme et familiale. La maison est dans un quartier résidentiel calme. Seuls petits points négatifs : il manque un peu d'assiettes et couverts même si le Lave vaisselle facilite la vie. A savoir, le. Wifi n'est pas compris dans la location, vous devez recharger une box 4g. Avec 15€, vous avez 250go, largement suffisant pour une famille de 5.
