Description
A beautiful seafront villa with garden and direct access to the beach. Practically your own private beach! This 6-person house has three bedrooms, two of them with a terrace and spectacular sea views. There is a bathroom, a toilet and a living room/dining room with fully equipped American style kitchen.
There is private parking behind the house with direct access, and a private garden at the front where you can enjoy the view, sitting under the shade of the trees. This really is a special place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Ebro Delta Natural Park and the sea.
Located in the pretty fishing village of L’Ampolla on the Baconé Beach with its picturesque cliffs and splendid views across the sea, it is quiet and uncrowded here even in the height of summer.
The centre of L’Ampolla is a few minutes away either by car or on foot. From the Baconé beach you can take a wonderful coastal walk to L’Amettla de Mar, another quaint fishing village, or if you prefer cycling, fishing, boat trips, adventure sports, gastronomy or just sunbathing on the beach, the Ebro Delta offers all this and more...
We are available and on hand for any information or anything we can help you with during your stay.
You can reach the centre of L’Ampolla within minutes of walking so a car isn’t necessary, but to reach other places such as the Delta, a car would be recommended.
House Rules:
- The price includes towels and sheets (except beach/pool towels).
- The minimum stay is 2 nights, except high season when the minimum stay is 7 nights (from Saturday to Saturday) and bank holidays.
- Check-in Time: From 3pm (July and August from 5pm).
- Check-out Time: Until 11am (If availability allows, we are flexible).
- Groups under 25 years old not allowed.
- Pets: Not allowed
- Services Included (water & electricity).
- Beach stones. We recommend you wear shoes if you wish to take a bath.
- The price of the stay will be added the amount of 1€ per person per night with a maximum of 7 nights and only for occupants over 16 years as a tax on stays in tourist establishments.
- Welcome/cleanning kit: 1 scouring pad, 1 dishcloth, 1 dish towel, 1 bottle of washing up liquid (30ml), 1 bar of hand soap, 2 bin bags, 2-3 dishwashers tablets, 1 kitchen roll, and 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
- For internal policy reasons, we remove all foodstuff left behind (salt, pepper, oil, ...).
